  • All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other legitimate business reasons.

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and contact details.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payment

Orders using online payment may require successful payment confirmation before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout Nepal.

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within the time period specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that:

  • Have been worn or washed.

  • Have perfume, deodorant, smoke, or other odors.

  • Contain makeup stains or other visible marks.

  • Are damaged due to customer misuse.

Quality Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Shipping costs for verified quality issues will be covered by Lyra.

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The customer is responsible for both the return and replacement shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If a customer refuses delivery or repeatedly places orders without accepting them, we reserve the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery purchases.

9. Promotional Offers

Promotional codes:

  • Must be used according to their stated conditions.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May expire without notice.

  • May not be combined unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to cancel promotions that are misused or affected by technical errors.

All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, videos, and designs, belongs to Lyra unless otherwise stated.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
